Data Licensing and Usage Terms
Australian Child and Youth Wellbeing Atlas content is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) licence unless otherwise stated. The CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 licence permits users to share and adapt Atlas content for non-commercial purposes only. Users who share or adapt Atlas content must provide appropriate attribution to the Atlas, include a link to the licence, and indicate whether changes were made. Attribution may be provided in any reasonable manner, provided it does not suggest that The University of Western Australia or the Atlas Project Team (past or present) endorses the user or their use of the content.
Some datasets, service layers, and third-party content incorporated within the Atlas remain subject to the licensing terms, agreements, access conditions, and attribution requirements specified by the original data custodians. Users should refer to the metadata record for each dataset for details of applicable licensing, attribution, and usage conditions.
