WA Country Health Service Regional Health Profiles 2022

WA Country Health Service Regional Health Profiles 2022

The Regional Health Profiles published by the WA Country Health Service provide an overview of the population, geography, health risk factors and health activity of the regions in WA and identify key health issues and priorities of its population. Profiles are used to inform health service reviews, planning and evaluation and help address disadvantage and inequity in rural and remote healthcare.

The WA Child Development Atlas (CDA) strengthened these the creation of the 2022 Regional Health Profiles by providing various child‑focused datasets. The Atlas was additionally highlighted as key source for further information on the social, economic, health and wellbeing of children and adolescents.
