Imagined Futures Partnership - Driving meaningful change

The Imagined Futures Partnership is a collective impact, place-based partnership in WA’s South West Metropolitan region, committed to achieving meaningful change for the community. One of the greatest barriers they face in driving change has been the lack of accessible data to inform solutions for complex issues and effectively measure progress. The Australian Child and Youth Wellbeing Atlas helps to overcome this challenge by curating a rich collection of child and youth-focused data, structured for clarity, accessibility and action.

By adopting the evidence-based Nest Wellbeing Framework (ARACY) alongside the Atlas, the Partnership aligns with a nationally recognised wellbeing model, ensuring a unified and strategic effort to improve outcomes for young people. With the Atlas presenting data aligned to each wellbeing domain, it equips the Partnership with the essential tools to identify local priority needs, track outcomes, and design initiatives to foster environments where children and young people can thrive.

The Australian Child and Youth Wellbeing Atlas (ACYWA) acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and recognises their enduring connection to land, waters, and community. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. ACYWA is committed to engaging with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, respecting diversity, and contributing to community development and sustainability.
